ACHIEVEMENTS

Ø    I am the pioneered person to invent the Software (SCAD 2001-2004) for surveying and mapping purposes to meet the demands in the third world countries and this has been intensively used by the professionals in the region since its inception (2001).   

Ø    Credited for developing human resource management system for the Sri Lanka Navy to facilitate all activities related to human racecourse management (2004).

Ø    Unique designation offered by Sri Lanka Navy for future plan for the IT in the Sri Lanka Navy (2002- 2004). 

Ø    Around 19 years of experience in  Building and Land surveying in National and international projects

Ø    Very good knowledge and experience in project management and organizational development/change management.

Ø    Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Strong capacity in organizing, facilitating and implementing work assignments, workshops and presentations.

Ø    11 years of experience in Information Technology.

Ø    Coordination, instruction and implementation of complex multi-stakeholder processes as well as consultancy and research projects through intensive network and team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

Ø    Proven capability to work under extreme field conditions and to conduct field surveys.

Ø    Good skills in report/scientific publication writing.
